How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

- Approval Process: Once we review and approve your request, we will process a refund for the full purchase price (excluding shipping costs) to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days after receiving your information. If approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.
- If You Haven’t Received Your Refund:
- First, check your bank account again.
- Then, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank, as processing times (2-5 business days) can vary before a refund is posted.

Important Note: AttyKepsakes is responsible for defects in manufacturing, packaging, and delivery. However, issues arising from improper use or customer errors, whether unintentional or intentional, are not covered under our Return & Refund Policy.
